Net 30 Days upon credit approval. |
| Cancellations |
Cancelled orders may be subject to 20% service charge. Special orders cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. |
| Returned Goods |
Goods may be returned only with a prior written approval and Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Number and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Goods must be freight-prepaid by the customer. |
| Shortages |
Customer must report shortages within 7 days after receipt of goods. |
| Minimum Order |
No minimum order is required. |
| Shipping |
Goods are shipped via U.P.S. ground service, unless Customer specifies shipping instructions. Overnight/express delivery is extra. |
| Order Fulfillment |
Orders for stock items received before 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the same day when goods are available. Orders received after 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on next business day when goods are available. |
