GENERAL INFORMATION
ORDERING INFORMATION: Please order products by using Mr. Hardware & Co.’s item code, finish, specifying length required per piece, the number of pieces, and notching style if any. Most weatherstrips are stocked in standard sizes. If it is not practical to furnish the size ordered, the next larger size will be furnished and charged.
NON-STOCK FINISH INFORMATION: Mr. Hardware & Co. may not stock some products in this catalog in certain finishes and/or lengths. Please call Mr. Hardware customer service for a quotation and lead time for non-stock products.
ALUMINUM MATERIALS: All aluminum extrusions are of alloy 6063-T5.
FASTENER OPTIONS: Most products come with standard fasteners. Please refer to specific products or product categories for standard fastener details. When specified, Mr. Hardware will furnish special types of available screws and anchors at an extra cost.

For stock finishes, refer to the finish names (such as mill, dark bronze anodized) next to the item codes in the catalog. Please inquire for the availability on non-stock finishes.

ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO MR. HARDWARE'S ACCEPTANCE. All prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT TERM: Customers with prior approved credit and current satisfactory account status, will have the payment term of NET 30 days. Please complete an account application prior to or with your initial order. Sorry, Mr. Hardware & Co. does NOT accept credit card at this time.
FREIGHT TERMS: All orders are F.O.B., San Leandro, California. For NET orders of $1,000 or more, freight will be prepaid in the 11 Western states. For shipment outside the 11 Western states, an order with $1,500 or more, freight will be prepaid. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska on NET orders of $2,000 or more, freight will be prepaid. Mr. Hardware & Co. will choose the most economical way to ship products.
MINIMUM ORDER LEVEL: A surcha rge of $10.00 will be added to NET orders less than $50.00.
RETURNS: Products will be accepted for return or credit ONLY after prior written approval is obtained. Please call Mr. Hardware & Co. before returning products. Returned products must be shipped back to Mr. Hardware & Co. at your cost, within 2 months from original shipment date, in resalable quality, size, and condition in original packing materials or equivalent. A minimum 30% charge plus freight charges will be made for returns. A product that is not in standard stock sizes, is made to special order, has a custom finish, or has been sold at special sale or closeout is not returnable.
CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All claims for shortage or damage that occurred during transportation must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. All claims are subject to Mr. Hardware & Co.’s verification.
MILL LENGTHS: Most extrusions are available in mill lengths. Cut lengths over 12 feet are charged as mill lengths.
